Hello! October is here and it’s the month of Halloween. With the weather getting colder, I totally feel the vibe of reading dark and spooky books ๐Ÿ™‚ Me and my friend Ova will be starting a SPOOKTOBER reading marathon to read books that send a chill down your spine. This is my TBR, a bit ambitious, so we will see if I’ll get to all of them or not ๐Ÿ™‚ We’ll be reading some of these together, some alone.

There are e-books and audiobooks too, so here is the full list and I will link titles to Goodreads pages, so you can read the blurbs if you want to:

Dracula by Bram Stoker

Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

Thin Air by Michelle Paver

Sleep No More by PD James

The Greatcoat by Helen Dunmore

The Mist In The Mirror by Susan Hill

Daughters Of The Witching Hill by Mary Sharratt

You Should Have Leftย  by Daniel Kehlmann – We already listened to this on Audible, review to come soon ๐Ÿ™‚

A Little Stranger by Sarah Waters – I’m listening to this on Audible

A House Of Ghosts by W.C. Ryan – Lovelyย Sarahย already joined our buddy read for this one, so watch out for the review coming tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‰

I can’t not mention my bookmark preparation for the occasion ๐Ÿ™‚ Here are the creations I did to go with my books.

Watch out the space as reviews will come as we finish the books ๐Ÿ™‚ And please join us if you want to, it’ll be fun! Don’t forget to tag me and Ova, so we know.

I’d love to learn your favourite scary reads or your TBR for the month. Let’s chat ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks a lot for stopping by and have a great SPOOK-tober ๐Ÿ˜‰

Umut
